Very creative and easy for children (and adults) to grasp! I'm purchasing this to share with grandchildren over the holidays and start conversations! Everyone needs a little push occasionally to get inspired, and this little book does just that with delightful poetry and pictures. Great ideas to get your mind in the right place! And motivating rhymes to help keep it there. You can almost see yourself in the pages. I felt this was a great first book for someone looking to create and maintain their best life. It even addressed how to handle continuing on when life hands one lemons instead of lemonade. I'm looking forward to the sequel that delves into how to create a best life when the lemons are impossible to avoid (terminal diagnosis, death of one's spouse or child, etc.). Sometimes life just sucks no matter what we do. Attitudes can be altered, but the fact that everything can't be made possible is also a reality. This Clever, Creative Delightful book has messages for everyone of us, young and old alike. It is an easy-to-understand, yet very Profound message book that reverberates personally to our everyday challenges, but ..WHIMSICALLY...with lovely illustrations which help us actually feel the messages and then internally apply a Tool to capture that specific emotion or decision. It made me Smile and laugh out loud as I saw myself in many of the situations, both as an adult, and remembering obstacles as a child. This simple beautiful book is very powerful in its messages. The illustrations and rhyming nature as most people said as children pulls you back to when life was simpler and fun found in everything everyday. Thank you for evoking that sense of fullness . Everyone needs to refocus on creating and living not merely surviving. I recommend this book to everyone.

This book is WONDERFUL! From the vibrant colors to the fun rhyming pages, this book is truly for ALL ages! I just loved how each page made you feel the words all while using different nationalities, ages, and abilities. I don't think the writers forgot anyone. I think this is a book I will read and read again, especially during the months of November and December when I'm creating my Goals for the next year. I always create my board but sometimes forget to love myself in the process. I feel like the message of this book and the PLAYTAG steps will get me closer to my goals in achieving them in a graceful way. I loved every single page but my favorite was "Be on your own side in every endeavor and you are your very own BEST FRIEND FOREVER". This screamed to me! One of the many messages I received from this great book is - Putting yourself first and being selfish are two different things. Give yourself grace and love yourself throughout the process and you will achieve your dreams. I will be purchasing this book for friends and family who will love this book as much as I. I read this book during the release to give a fair and honest review. This book is great! As a mom (2 y/o and 7 y/o sons), I plan to share this with them. It is such a positive book reminding you that you set the course of your life and the follow through. This is such an important lesson to learn.
Not only will I share this with my children, I will be keeping copy nearby my bed and also figuring out which of the pages (either at the end or throughout) that I want copy and frame as a reminder all the time.
It is easy to say you want to do something. You look forward to something. You want to accomplish something...this book gives you the tools to encourage yourself, ensure your life is what you want it to be and to see things in a different light when they may not be so positive.
I have a feeling I'll be updating my review after sitting with it for a few days, because only a few minutes after reading the book, my mind is still whirling with positive thoughts that I'm sure I'm missing something I wanted to add to the review! - Molly Renteria
